Staff Assignment Change as Classes Resume !

The Goddard School® for Early Childhood Development, located at 255 Route 70, in Toms River, NJ (http://www.goddardschool.com/Schools/Toms-River-II-NJ/Schools.gspx) announces the appointment of a new Director for the 2008-2009 school season. The new senior staff member is Ms. Sharon M. Jensen (CQ), who welcomed the children, parents, and teachers and staff as they reported to the 6:30 AM back-to-school reception on Tuesday, September 2, 2008.

“I am delighted that Sharon has decided to lend her talents to a bigger role in the operations of our center. She brings a wealth of knowledge, charisma and experience to the position,” says Dana Chibbaro (CQ), owner and operator of The Goddard School. “Ms. Sharon previously served as Assistant Director at our school, and was also our lead pre-K teacher. She brings a quality of professionalism that’s going to raise the bar for early-education in Toms River.”

Ms. Chibbaro continued to say the changes reflect her growing belief in the importance of early education for children, especially in the context of the global economy. Early learning begins at day one, and the schools and centers that support early learning must be nothing less than excellent. Constant attention and ongoing improvement to the quality of our educational curriculum, to the quality of our care, and to the health and safety provisions for your child must be the focus for our programs.
