‘Winter Wonderland’ Returns to Route 70

FREE Admission Featured for Jan 17th Event.

-- Winter weather may be back again, but things are definitely heating up for our January 17th Winter Wonderland Open House, because many local school districts are expanding their Kindergarten programs to an academic-oriented and structured full-day program.

And, what parent doesn’t want their child to succeed in a first educational endeavor? Yet, according to a recent study by the Community Research Council (CRC), at least one-third of the children entering classrooms this year are NOT prepared for the structure and rigors of school, and there are even a few who haven’t even held a pencil before.

So, for just two hours, on Saturday, January 17, 2009, from 2-to-4 PM, we'll OPEN our doors TO THE PUBLIC for this Open House event.

Bring your child and your family over to The Goddard School to discover for yourself how your child can benefit from the unique *fun-learning* and pre-school prep programs at our acclaimed early-education center.

Stop in for a cup of hot chocolate and some cookies! Bring your child for the entire event – stay for story time, have your child join in the art and craft activities, tour the facility -- and feel free to meet with our teachers. It's really a great way to get to know all about the Goddard School for Early Childhood Development.

All of our programs include Fitness, Nutrition, Sign Language, Spanish, Music, and Art History. All programs are specifically designed and equipped for preschool children, from 6-weeks to 6-years of age. The Fitness program also includes Yoga, and provides children with the skills necessary to support their active lives.
